Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Parlor & Mane is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact your local carrier or file a claim with your postal service. Reach out to us at support@privacyparlor.com and we will do our best to assist.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
